Courtney Pate

Courtney Pate is our office manager. She will have worked at Mills Chiropractic for three years in December. Before that Courtney worked for Airpets International where she helped unite the furry family members with their owners who had moved abroad.

Courtney lives in Haslet with her husband, Brian, and their two boys: Brooks, age 3, and Wesley, age 1.

Courtney is originally from Abilene but has called the DFW area home since 2016.

She attended San Antonio College and El Centro College in Dallas, at one time wanting to be an operator of diagnostic sonogram machines. Being an excellent student, Courtney attained a 4.0 average in each institution she attended.

In her spare time, Courtney loves to read, bake, go on outdoor adventures with the boys, and spend time with her family.

The aspect of her job that she likes the most is engaging with our patients and seeing their progress.

Wendy Labelle

Wendy Labelle is originally from the prairie province of Saskatchewan, Canada. In 1985, she was blessed by becoming an au pair for a South Florida family, watching two young, energetic boys. Years later, she began working at a Florida company that made fishing supplies. It was then that she “reeled” in her husband, Robert.

Robert’s job with American Airlines moved the family to Ft Worth. Wendy then became certified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and worked in Pediatrics and Home Health.

The family has a daughter, Hannah, who is nearing completion of a Master’s program in Architecture at UTArlington.

Wendy enjoys traveling, gardening, do-it-yourself projects, and tending to her spoiled cats. An interesting fact is that Wendy had trained a previous cat she owned to use the toilet! This project took about a year.

Wendy says that she recognizes the importance of taking care of her health through walking, proper nutrition, and chiropractic care. She has been a patient at our office for five years. She says that she appreciates the gentle Cox adjustments, decompression, interferential and other modalities that complete her Chiropractic visits.

Now working part time at our office, Wendy remarks that she is pleased to see and hear first-hand how patients have benefited from regular chiropractic care.
